The majority of our legal consultancy services in the construction field have been rendered under or with the taking into consideration of the FIDIC forms of contracts.

Public procurement procedures

Benefiting from a thorough knowledge of the Romanian primary and secondary public procurement legislation, and building on our successful contestation practice of public procurement procedures’ results, we have developed a legal consultancy practice in this area. We provide legal consultancy services during the entire period prior to the submission of bids.

Suntem specializati in furnizarea serviciilor de asistenta si reprezentare juridica in litigii de dreptul afacerilor, cu precadere in: arbitraj international, achizitii publice, constructii & FIDIC.

Arbitration

We are mainly involved in international and internal arbitration proceedings, being able to assist clients in such disputes under the following arbitration regulations: ICC Rules of Arbitration; UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules; LCIA Arbitration Rules; Swiss Rules of International Arbitration; Rules of Arbitration of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Public procurement

During the past years we have built an extensive and successful practice in contesting results of public procurement procedures considered illegal or ungrounded by our clients. We are specialized in both the preliminary contestation procedures in front of the Romanian National Council for Solving Complaints and also the subsequent complaints against the decisions of this entity in front of the Romanian courts.
